I have been training with Lalo for over three months and I feel stronger, more flexible and my balance is improving. This is all thanks to Lalo, my trainer! He is very knowledgable and enthusiastic about helping his clients achieve their goals. His methodology is slightly different from anything I've done before, but it definitely gets the results you are looking for. His classes are challenging but fun, which makes time go by quickly. Lalo truly cares about his clients, listens attentively to their needs and welcomes feedback in order to plan the best workout program. Before finding Infinite Motivation I never really thought I could be able to lift the weights that I do or be as strong as I am today. I workout 4 times a week now and I feel amazing! Lalo is an amazing trainer in that he never gets impatient with you and is extremely encouraging no matter where you are physically. I was extremely shy and nervous and completely out of my comfort zone when it came to fitness until I started training with Lalo. I started to feel more comfortable quickly and began having a confidence in myself I don’t think I had before training. I have so much more energy and I’m honestly so much happier all around now that I am putting my physical health first! I can only thank Lalo for believing in me and giving me the knowledge and making me realize I actually can achieve my goals in fitness. I am one of those individuals who persuaded themselves that the gym was not meant for them, and results needed to be sought out differently. Enter Coach Lalo. From the very first consultation, we connected well and we’ve been going strong for over 5months. I have lost just shy of 30lbs and gained almost 8lbs of muscle mass at the same time. Lalo is really passionate about training people and it really rubs of you to keep you motivated and energized. His programs are well thought out and customized to your needs. He also does a very good job setting expectations, so you understand what to expect on your journey. Lastly for me, it’s the conversations we have during our sessions, his selflessness to help even outside the shop and his attention to detail to prevent injuries that make him stand out among the rest. My husband and I were looking for a place to do some strength training in order to get stronger and healthier. We noticed the reviews for Infinite Motivation were fantastic so we decided to contact them. I can honestly say that everything you read on the reviews about Coach Lalo is true. He truly pours out his heart, passion, and dedication to helping everyone achieve their goals. In three months he has helped us get stronger, feel more energetic, and he has motivated us every time we meet to challenge our limitations. I never thought I could lift so much weight, but with Coach Lalo's guidance and support I have been able to do more than I ever would've thought I could do. I love that his approach to training includes nutritional guidance as well as mind-body connection. This definitely makes what he does so much more valuable compared to previous experiences I've had in strength training. Coach Lalo is also very nice to talk to. This trainer is amazing! Lalo helped me change my lifestyle tremendously. I lost over 50 pounds in just 8 months working with him, I used to weigh 230 pounds and now I weigh 179 pounds. He provided me with a great meal plan and the best tips to make my new lifestyle sustainable and fun. It wasn’t easy, but everything came down to consistency and discipline. Coach Lalo at Infinite Motivation is the best coach I have ever worked with! Before working out here, I had no motivation to get myself in shape. I felt tired constantly, easily winded doing basic tasks and overall very insecure with the way I looked until one day I thought it was enough. I looked online and Infinite Motivation was one of the first gyms I found and Lalo definitely seemed like (and still is) the best out of the bunch! I started working with Coach Lalo before the start of the summer with the main goal of gaining muscle mass and weight. I really appreciate the "progressive overload" concept that he uses, which is gradually increasing workout volume through increasing reps and weight. It ensures prolonged motivation and prevents injuries while simultaneously promoting muscle growth. Coach Lalo is also extremely knowledgeable about fitness, and was able to guide me in regards to maintaining proper form for exercises, proper nutrition, and a healthy sleep schedule. This equipped me with fitness knowledge that I could use to stay fit outside of the workout sessions. Lalo Rumayor was born in 1997 in Monterrey, Mexico. He moved to the U.S. in the beginning of 2014 at the age of 16. He is a college graduate of the university CSU East Bay in California where he got his major as an Industrial Engineer in 2021. 

He has been a fitness enthusiast since he was 14 years old and has always been driven to help and inspire others to accomplish their fitness goals and create a lifestyle change. Eventually, with the ambition to help his community and become a top fitness coach, he received his first personal trainer certification with NESTA and then proceeded to found Infinite Motivation in 2019 to chase his dreams. 

Since the beginning of his coaching journey, he has positively impacted many people’s lives by helping them to achieve their fitness goals. He is specialized in fat loss and muscle growth.

All You Need To Know

The answer is simple, we know results take time and fitness goals cannot be achieved quickly. We do not lie to our clients and tell them they will achieve their dream physique or lifestyle in 1 month. We have found out in our clients that in order to make sure they get the best out of the programs, they need to truly understand and follow them effectively. That process can take a couple of weeks to learn. As we are committing to you, we need you to do the same.

Short answer is: It depends. But we will do our best to briefly explain who are we targetting on with our programs.

1. In-Person Training: Desgined for people who need daily accountability, this is the best investment for your money. In-Person training will deliver results in less time than any other program.

2. Online Coaching: Designed for people who do not have the time to meet in person or live far away from the personal trainer. Recommended but not mandatory to have a basic understanding of weightlifting and nutrition. 

3. Pre-written Programs: Designed for less experienced people who are tight on budget, but still want to follow a program that will give results. You need a basic understanding of weightlifting.

Short answer is: It depends. There are way too many variables to consider when answering a question like this, like what program you chose, effort put into programs,  what are your goals, etc. People who want to lose weight will have a different timeline than someone who is looking to gain strength or if you have an specific goal of losing 3 inches of your waist. But we can tell you this, someone who trains more frequently with a personal trainer most likely will see results in less time. Also, this question is the reason why we ask our clients to commit for at least for 2 months to In-Person Training. 

 

We do not offer refunds or have money back guarantees, and let us explain why.

“Money back guarantees” only serves to attract people who are not 100% committed, it gives them that “hope” that if the program does not work, they can get their money back. We know and is proven that our programs work, but is up to the person if they are willing to commit to it. Lack of motivation and committment are the main reason why people fail to follow fitness programs. So if you feel like you are not ready to fully commit to a change, our services might not be the right fit for you.

Gym memberships are not required but are encouraged as we have found out that our clients who work out at a gym see faster results than the ones who do not. You can still workout from the comfort of your home as all our programs are designed to accommodate to your lifestyle and goals.

Online coaching is a more flexible and cost effective program that overcomes the distance, travel, and cost constraints compared to in-person training. You will be assigned to a coach who will create a customized workout and nutrition program based on your fitness needs, and will virtually guide you to make sure you accomplish your fitness goals. It includes weekly check-ins and monthly videocalls with your coach. Online coaching is recommended for people who already have some kind of fitness experience.

Again, all these questions are really vague and there is no right answer. If you are someone who struggles with motivation and self-drive, and you do not feel like working out, we would suggest to start with 2 times per week and eventually increase the frequency. 

In the other end, we would not recommend having more than 5 workouts per week. Your body needs to rest and recover from the workouts you did throughout the week. Remember, the more does not always equals the better.

Supplements are not mandatory in our programs, but some will be recommended to increase muscle mass depending on your needs. They will never be a substitute for a good diet and workout program.
